If you have 30 to 40 people and you can all fit comfortably and safely on one yacht, this is easy to organize at a reasonable overall cost per head.
If your group consists of between 60 to 75 people (or more) and you are happy to charter two or more yachts, that can easily be arranged too.
If you have less than 20 people, then we use gulet-type boats for your wedding. Our CEOs married on a gulet and their group consisted of 14 guests which suited them perfectly.
To host our wedding on board a gulet, how many days will we need to charter the boat for?
If you plan to charter a yacht for your wedding in July or August, then the minimum charter time period is seven days.
For a June or September wedding (especially in Turkey) the minimum charter period can be five days. In May and October, there is even more flexibility.
However, from our experience, the optimal charter period for a wedding party is seven days, for everyone’s enjoyment and overall satisfaction.
You cannot book a gulet for just one day – the standard charter duration is one week, Saturday to Saturday.
