Could you kindly share some insights about Goolets and the unique approaches you're taking?
"Company Goolets was established more than 20 years ago by our owners Mitja and Alenka and their nautical passion. The company has evolved and grown since then, but one thing has remained the same – we all share the same passion and enthusiasm for yachts and providing a top-notch service for our clients."
What are some current trends you've noticed in private yacht charter itineraries?
"Two things: Croatia is stealing the spotlight, and rightfully so. It offers so much, from jaw-dropping national parks to buzzing party hubs and historical gems The second thing, our smart yachting concept is making yacht charters more accessible than ever before. Overall there is an increase in the popularity of charters."
How do you collaborate with other agents in creating offers, and how do you support them throughout the booking process?
"Closing the deal with other agents is something that brings me joy. It's rather addictive for me. 😊 So helping the agent with finding the best boat for their clients, the best offer, getting the client's requirements and special conditions met… We are there for the agents from THE first inquiry until the end of the charter."
Could you elaborate on the process of organizing a charter?
"Sure. Usually, it starts with the agent contacting me with the request for their client. According to that I prepare an offer and advise throughout the decision-making process. After the contract is signed it comes to the next stage – finalization.
We take care of everything. From transport organization to trips and tours, suggestions, activities, restaurant suggestions, reservations, birthday parties, and other celebrations. Our goal is to create an unforgettable memory for the client and establish a long-term partnership with the agent. I communicate and coordinate everything with the owner and captain as well."
What are some standout itineraries you recommend for Croatia?
"Custom itineraries are our jam! Whether it’s a wild party crew or a laid-back family vibe, we tailor-make every journey to fit the group. But if you’re looking for a standout suggestion, cruising from Split to Dubrovnik (or vice versa) hits all the right notes, with picturesque stops along the way."

In your opinion, when is the optimal time to embark on a yacht charter in Croatia?
"As for timing, when isn’t a good time to embark on a yacht? But if we’re playing favorites, June strikes the perfect balance of sunny skies and fewer crowds. Otherwise, May through September is prime time for soaking up the Adriatic charm."
Are there any yacht shows on your agenda this year? If so, which ones are you planning to attend?
"Oh yes, yacht shows are our chance to mingle, connect, and maybe even make a deal or two! You’ll catch me at MEDYS in Greece, Monaco Yacht Show, ICE in Amsterdam, Zadar Yacht Show in Croatia, and just maybe the Antigua Yacht Show for good measure."
