Your cruise starts in Göcek port a very tiny town but a worldwide famous Yacht – Base. Goolets Representative will wait on you and be in contact with you. Also welcome you on board, show you around your yacht and introduce you with your crew. Göcek is surrounded by fragrant green pine forests and stunning scenery boasts an archipelago of unique beautiful islands and sheltered bays. When you arrive and settle down on board you can head to the city center in the late afternoon, explore the town and long street called Turgut Ozal Street that offers many shops, restaurants, bars all playing good international and local music. Downtown has a very short walk to parallel shopping street to the seaside. First overnight will be on anchor in one of the nearby bays (likely Göcek İsland and/or Ağa Limanı Bay) with delicious big dinner served on board around 08:00 p.m.
Your first full day on board starts with a tasty breakfast which will be served from 8 a.m. till 10 a.m. (as you agree with your chef). Today you will be sailing to South-east of the (Hamam) Manastir bay, where ruins of a bath in the water remain – also known as Cleopatra’s Bath, or known as Sunken Bath Bay. According to myth is said to have been where Cleopatra herself used to come and bathe. Here you will find ruins old Hamam (Turkish baths) now submerged under the water. The bay has a stunning background and shore, but the main attraction for sure is the ruins of a monastery, but a big part is located underwater. Here you can do exploring and snorkeling over these ruins until you head to Tersane Island, where ancient ruins around the shores of the creek from Byzantine times. Next stop will be Bedri Rahmi Bay, is one the most popular bays in Göcek Gulf, which is located opposite Tersane Island. Bedri Rahmi Eyüpoğlu was a great writer and painter of Turkey. He and his intellectual close friends were the first ‘Blue Voyagers‘; who discovered the beautiful Lycian coast. He painted a fish on a rock behind the fountain at the bay just before his death in 1973 and ever since the bay has been called and honored by his name.
Cruise adventure continuous to Fethiye, located in the picturesque bay at the foot of the mountains, sheltered by fragrant, green pine and cedar forests. An unusually beautiful resort with quite developed tourist infrastructure this area had become a popular place in the Mediterranean. The breathtaking Monumental Lycian Rock Tombs are proudly placed right alongside the harbor will take your attention while your boat is entering Fethiye harbor. There are also numerous sandy beaches, islands, and hidden bays. Sea temperature does not fall below 19°C throughout the year and because of the stunning underwaters and tuff caves, it is particularly interesting for divers. If you are feeling active – go paragliding, extreme whitewater rafting, or take a jeep safari on the mountain roads. If you prefer something more relaxing, Fethiye streets are full of shops, bars, and restaurants that offer a pleasant shopping experience. The Roman amphitheater located near the harbor of Fethiye with the ruins of the fortress of the Rhodes Knights, Lycian tombs (3-4 centuries BC). Overnight will be in calm Turunç Fountain Bay, close to Fethiye port.
By the time you wake up, you will already be on the way to Ölü Deniz with breakfast served there to bring your energies up. Ölü Deniz is the most photographed beach in Europe. Here you will have the option of paragliding or just admiring a breathtaking view. For all paragliding enthusiasts, you will take off from Babadağ Mountain, 2000 m and fly over Ölü Deniz beach and Blue Lagoon. However, if you want this adrenalin rush we suggest looking into pre-booking this activity. If you do not feel so adventurous, we suggest taking a walk on the beach and enjoying an incomparable view that Ölü Deniz offers since that is the most photographed beach in Europe.

Early departure will be towards Tersan island surrounded by the beautiful crystal clear waters. Here you will have a swim break. The harbor is quite shallow, great for families who have young children wanting to have a swim. According to ancient sources, this island was named Telandria and was used as a ship dockyard during the Ottoman period. Yassica Islands in the Gulf of Fethiye is one of the most romantic places and your next stop. It is ideal for spending quality time with your partner and photographing gorgeous sunsets. It is recommended to have a short walk before your sunset drink after your anchorage. The islands are covered with pine and olive trees and have many well sheltered and shallow bays – ideal for watersports enthusiasts. There is also a sandy beach and a small lagoon which looks like it has been made for children to play. You can swim between the islands without fear and further explore the islands by foot as well, but don’t forget to take sturdy shoes as the ground is pebbly.
Today you’ll still have time to enjoy at Yassica 5 tiny islands that are truly a favorite stop for many gulet and yacht travelers. Since this is a very safe area with no dangers praying from the depths of the sea, you and your family or friends can enjoy carelessly in all the watersport activities. Later on, you’ll be sailing to Göcek Island where the yacht spends its last day. Dinner will be served like every other day with overnight spent in Göcek Island. The island is very quiet with the magical indigo sea located very close to Göcek harbor; which is convenient to stay overnight prior to your next day’s embarkation.

Check-out is till 10:00 a.m. – after breakfast. You will be finishing your cruise where you have started it 7 days ago – Gocek harbor. If you haven’t visited the city center on the first day, we strongly suggest to do it before leaving. Before you check-out, Goolets representative will give you one last visit on board to check how everything went and if you need any further assistance (transfers, suggestions on how to spend the day till your flight and similar).
