We are a global team with more than 18 years of experience in creating exquisite luxury yachting experiences.
We are a yacht charter expert that knows how to create the best combination of a yacht, route and price according to the client’s wishes and to make them happy travellers.
You will mainly be based in our offices in Grosuplje. Some on-site travel may be required during the season.

Job requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience working in tourism, preferably within the yachting industry
Advanced English skills- spoken and written (additional language, such as Spanish is an advantage)
Great knowledge of the Adriatic coast
Basic Croatian language skills
Affinity with high-end luxury service
Great communication and active listening skills
Great at problem-solving
Empathetic and able to recognize & read customer wishes

A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
Capable of defining priorities, meeting deadlines. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Understanding this is high demand seasonal work from May – September.
Current full driving license.

Job description:

1 – Planning and coordinating yacht holidays for exclusive clients:
Following Goolets’ system to create the best possible yachting holidays
a) Gather wishes & needs and expectations from the client (route, food, drinks, transfers, special requests, etc.)
b) Synchronize customer wishes with yacht crew
c) Organize any special requests with the local providers
d) Prepare travel documents
e) Make sure everything is under control and communicate back and forth, until everyone is on the same page

2 - Administrative work:
The preparation of contracts, passenger lists, vouchers, final payment documents, etc.

3 - Building relationships, networking:
Building long-term relationships with yacht owners, local providers and clients.

4 - Social Media, marketing, copywriting, other…
Managing your business social media accounts. Help marketing team with content. Help the administration team with fleet management. During the high season, to give 100% emphasis is on customer support; in the low season, the focus changes to helping other teams in the company to achieve optimal performance.
