Cruise to Kornati

Cruise Suggestion – Dalmatia Cruise With Kornati Islands

Dalmatia cruise with Kornati suggestion. This route is perfect for groups who want to explore the small islands, enjoy the beauty of nature and want to visit two National Parks.

Overnights on the anchor are one of the most beautiful moments on the cruise.

Having dinner in a beautiful bay, anchored between 2 small islands and then “waking up the memories” with the glass of wine under the stars….

The best part about the Gulet Cruise holidays is that the routes are flexible. If you wish to stay at someplace for more days or if you do not like some town, you can just change it with the captain and go to next bay, place……

To make it simple, here are some of the places you will experience.

This is not a day – by day route description. It is merely an example of the places you can see inside a single week.

Trogir

You can start Dalmatia Cruise in Trogir. The historic town with 2300 years of continuous urban tradition. It is culture was created under the influence of old Greeks, Romans, and Venetians. Trogir has a high concentration of palaces, churches, and towers and in 1997 was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Or you can arrange the embarking procedure and escape from Trogir to one quiet bay nearby. I would escape…to Uvala Ljubljeva -it can be your first stop if you run away from Trogir

Croatia has lots of unique places where you will taste first quality fish at a nice isolated bay, away from crowds, surrounded by crystal turquoise water and quiet bays.

You can jump straight from the gulet into the sea, the only sound you will hear are planthoppers, crickets, and swimming dolphins.

Kornati

Primošten town

There will be also some very nice towns on the way. Primošten for example.

In the past, Primošten was situated on the islet close to the mainland. During the Turkish invasions in 1542, the islet was protected by the walls and towers and a draw bridge connected it to the mainland. When the Turks retreated, the draw bridge was replaced by the causeway and in 1564 the settlement was named Primošten after the Croatian verb “premostiti” (to span). It is built on a hill and is dominated by the parish church of St. George which was built in 1485 and restored in 1760 close to the local graveyard from which a unique view spreads to the sea and the surroundings.
