Gulet in Turkey

Turkey Cruise Suggestion – Bodrum – Gulf of Hisaronu

Turkey cruise suggestion. The cruise is perfect for all kind of groups. Every day you will check one or two different bays, explore a few nice villages and the most important thing you will cruise with not stress.

This is not a day – by day route description. It is merely an example of the places you can see inside a single week.

The best part about the Blue Cruise holidays is that the routes are flexible. If you wish to stay at some place for more days or if you do not like some town, you can just change it with the captain and go to next destination.

To make it simple, here are some of the places you will experience.

You will start the cruise in Bodrum.

Very interesting for shopping (lots of stores) and great for sightseeing (castle and archaeological sites). One of the most interesting towns in Turkey.

Let’s have a short presentation of area – Gulf of Hisaronu.

Cnidus (Knidos)

Was a developed city in science, art, and architecture.

Archaeology and history moments

Orhaniye

With unique scenery of a natural tidal formation called “Kız Kumu” (Maiden’s Beach).

Selimiye

This is only 1 part of the cruise. As mentioned above, one of the best things to do with gulets is to anchor in different bays and enjoying a natural beauty of Turkish cost, swimming in the turquoise blue sea, relaxing, reading a good book, having a lunch…..

….and move to another bay.

Bay in Turkey

In the evenings you will enjoy a different view. No crowds, only you and your friends chatting about memories, waiting for dinner to be prepared, having a glass of wine, listening to the music you like…..

Knidos evening

…or you can go on shore and visit some small towns or villages – for example, Bozburun (a small fishing town)

There is also time for some archaeological sightseeing (if you would be interested of course).
On the way you can also visit “Sailors Paradise” named Kocabahce

Some bays…..

WHAT NEXT?

If this is the route you like then the next steps are:

1) determine which gulets (captains) can do this the best

2) determine which gulets (out of this) will fit your budget the best

3) determine how to organize food and drinks on board – you do not wish to spend a maximum amount of money on this, but an optimum amount of money. The difference can be very large.
