We get this questions all the time!
What are Croatia best islands to check in a week on a gulet cruise?
Where should we cruise?
I would like to see as much as possible on a 7 days cruise!
Well, I have a bad news for you. It will not be possible.
This commercial that was done by Croatia Tourist Board says it best!
To SUM IT UP:
Croatia has more than 2.736 hours of the sunshine per year!
Croatia has 1.244 Islands!
Croatia has 20 UNESCO HERITAGE SITES and treasures of traditions!
So try to put all this into a 7 days gulet cruise holidays!?!
One of the biggest mistakes people that when they travel to Croatia is, that they wish to see too much into little time!
Traveling is similar to drinking!
Just the right amount of in a right amount of time in a good company and done in a right way – AND YOU CAN FEEL GREAT AND HAVE THE BEST TIME!
Too much of it will only cause you to have a hangover, bad headache and you will not remember anything!
Maybe it is a bad example but it says it well.
If you will try to experience too much, you will ruin your holidays.
5 islands, 3 towns and a couple of trips in a day will not make your holidays a perfect experience. Unless you are a history professor that is doing research for his next project.
Okay, still let us name the best islands you can check in Croatia if you go cruise with a gulet!
Here is my TOP 5 section (not from the TOP to BOTTOM – randomly selected):
Island Vis – Lots of places and different possibilities!
Island Hvar – Rated as one of the TOP 10 most beautiful islands!
Island Korčula – Little Dubrovnik!
Island Mljet – Amazing nature park!
Kornati islands – Amazing nature – my favorite place!
Or you can charter a gulet and experience Croatia only in a privacy of your own home.
