Biking Croatia Islands

Biking Cruise Croatia – Boutique Gulet Cruise Program for Bikers

This program is unique because of 2 main reasons:

1 – It is very rare in Croatia (consider this more of a nature cruise).

Biking in Croatia

2 – It is on a smaller vessel so perfect for people who do not like the masses

Biking Cruise Croatia – Itinerary

The cruise starts every Saturday from Zadar.

Zadar is an amazing town just 60 minutes drive from Split airport.

The gulet leaves the port in the late afternoon and stays overnight in Kukljica on island Ugljan.

This sleepy town will enable you to relax after the long trip to Croatia and it will give you power for what is waiting for you the next day.

Sunday – First Biking Tour to Muline on Island Ugljan.

Ugljan is “easy to ride” and it has lots of nice spots to check.

You will bike around 20 – 25 kilometers to Muline, where the gulet will already be waiting for you.

Monday morning gulet takes off to Island Molat.

Gulet Prvi Odisej

This day the cycling part will not be longer than 20 km.

There will be time for biking as well as for a nice little swim.

After the swim, we will leave for beautiful island Silba.

Biking Croatia

People will be able to explore this small and super nice island by foot.

Did you know there are no cars allowed on this island?

The gulet will stay there overnight.

Plan for Tuesday: We go to Veli Losinj and cycle to Cres passing the old bridge in Osor.

Did we mention how nice Lošinj actually is?

Losinj at its best

We will end up in Pogana which means around 45 km of amazing scenery and nature.

Overnight in Pogana or if the weather and plan allow us we might also spend the night in Lopar on island Rab. This is up to the decision of the captain.

On Wednesday we go by bike to town Rab, which is around 35 km ride and stay there overnight.

It will not be an easy ride, but you will do it. It is worth it. 🙂

Biking Croatia Islands

The effort will pay off. Dinner will be waiting.

Time to eat

On Thursday morning we will go to Lun on island Pag.

The best part of gulet cruise & biking is that groups are smaller and more connected.

Small Group nice atmosphere

On this day it will be a captains decision where you bike.

Winning over the road

Either we will cycle 60 km and go to Novalja on island Pag or we will cycle 40 km and end up in Povljana.

The captain might even follow our trip to Privlaka ( a place near Zadar) where we will stay over the night.

Croatia Cruising at its best

On Friday we will cycle to Zadar through Nin (around 35 km) where we will arrive around 3 o’clock in the afternoon.

Biking around

Overnight will be in Zadar.

On the last day bikes are on board and guide for cycling also but cycling will not be obligatory.
